For play group today we went to the Williamsville Fire Station. They had a fire fighter dress in the fire gear for the kids and talked about fire safety for a while. Then they gave each kid--most of who were under three--hats and let us play in the trucks for a while. Riley had a blast!! She loved the idea of getting into the trucks. There were two things that made her mad though--she couldn't press the buttons to set off the sirens, and I wouldn't let her shut the door and go "bye-bye." We had to go in each truck several times, and she got extremely excited each time. The only time she was still during the whole adventure is when they turned the lights on one of the trucks, which kept her mezmorized for several minutes.

Hi, it's Ben and Brittany May! Hopefully you guys remember us from Shoreline three years ago otherwise we look like stalkers! I heard from Kathy Holt that you guys are in Buffalo now. We are finishing our time in Syracuse so we aren't a long ways off! Anyway, just thought I would drop by and say hi and see how you guys are doing!
